FibreOP(TM) services now available in the Greater Moncton Area

launched in the Greater Moncton Area. Customers in the City of Dieppe are the first to be able to
order FibreOP services, closely followed by the Town of Riverview and the City of Moncton."We're

- FibreOP Internet offers choices in speeds including exceptionally fast
70 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload Internet service. These speeds
enable customers to download music or movies, and share video or photos
faster than ever before. Increasing the capacity of upload speeds in
addition to download is important to ensure the fastest two-way and
overall Internet experience.

- FibreOP TV offers a 100 per cent digital TV service including High
Definition television, available on all TVs, and watch and record PVR.
Customers can enjoy unmatched digital picture and sound quality on over
300 channels, including over 98 music channels and 60 HD channels.

FibreOP services and bundles will be available to residential and business customers in Riverview and
Moncton starting this fall. FibreOP is currently available in the greater Fredericton and Saint John areas.

Earlier this year, Bell Aliant announced an additional $350 million dollar investment to be made in 2011 and
2012, which will bring the total investment in FibreOP to almost a half billion dollars, expanding its
future-proof technology to more than 600,000 homes and businesses.
