BCE Inc. today announced that shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth by BCE at the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders today, including the election of the Directors by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy.

Bell Canada (Bell) today announced the offering in the United States of US $1.45 billion aggregate principal amount of Notes in two series (the US Offering). The US $700 million 5.200% Series US-9 Notes will mature on February 15, 2034 and will be issued at a price of US $99.823 per $100 principal amount for a yield to maturity of 5.223%.

BCE today reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4) and full-year 2023, provided financial guidance for 2024, including a 3.1%, or $0.12 per share, increase in the BCE annual common share dividend to $3.99, and announced a workforce restructuring initiative, our largest in nearly 30 years, reducing approximately 4,800 positions, including 750 contractors, or 9% of all BCE employees.
