    MONTREAL,March 16 2005 --
Bell Nordiq Income Fund (the "Fund"),
declared today its March cash distribution of $0.0892 per Fund unit.
    The distribution will be paid on April 15, 2005 to Unitholders of record
at the close of business on March 31, 2005.

    Bell Nordiq Income Fund is an unincorporated limited purpose trust
created to indirectly acquire and hold the outstanding partnership units of
Télébec, Limited Partnership and NorthernTel, Limited Partnership. Currently,
