We work with industry groups to protect children from sexual exploitation on the Internet.  Cybersafety for Bell also means protecting our customers against fraud, phishing and SPAM, safeguarding their personal information and respecting their privacy at all times.

  • Bell’s wireline and wireless networks are the largest and most secure in Canada and are the only government certified carrier networks in the country
  • Express Assistance Service guarantees that if a residential service needs repair, Bell technicians will fix it the same day or the next – at no charge
  • Bell’s CDMA network covers more than 98% of the Canadian population and its third-generation EvDO high-speed wireles data network – the largest in Canada – was expanded to cover more than 90% of the population in 2008
  • Bell cleans more than 98% of the malicious traffic from the Internet before it ever reaches a client.
  • By year end, Bell had rolled out broadband capability to about 2.4 million homes in the Québec to Windsor corridor and had begun to install high-speed fibre to new condo and apartment developments
