Kids Help Phone and Bell honoured by Canadian wireless association - This year's Walk for Kids Help Phone takes place on Sunday, May 2

OTTAWA, April 21 2010 --
Kids Help Phone and long-time partner Bell were honoured last night as recipients of the Canadian
Wireless Telecommunications Association's "Connected to the Community" award, which recognizes
outstanding organizations that have partnered with Canada's wireless industry to improve the lives of
Canadians.

Since 1989, Kids Help Phone has worked to advance the well-being of Canadian children and youth by
providing them anonymous and confidential professional counselling, referrals and information. In 2009,
Kids Help Phone supported kids more than 2.4 million times, across all counselling platforms available to
them, including phone calls answered, online posts and online visits.

"Kids Help Phone is thrilled to be honoured by the CWTA for our work to maximize access to our services
by young people," said Lesley Sims, Ontario Regional Director for Kids Help Phone. "Working closely with
Bell to ensure we offer the latest mobile and online capabilities has helped improve the lives of many young
and vulnerable kids in class="xn-location">Canada."

Said Wade Oosterman, President of Bell Mobility: "As a founding partner of Kids Help Phone, Bell supports
the national organization's continued evolution in the ways it responds to today's technology-savvy and
wireless-oriented youth - including making all Bell Mobility calls to Kids Help Phone free and anonymous."

Walk for Kids Help Phone

The Bell team has raised more than $6 million for Kids Help Phone by leading the Walk for Kids Help
Phone each year. Bell invites all Canadians to join us for the Walk on May 2 at the following locations to
help ensure there is always a counsellor there when a kid calls.
