Bell Mobility first in Canada to Offer Siebel eBusiness Applications on Internet-ready Wireless Devices

TORONTO,Feb. 27 2001 --Bell Mobility, Canada's leading provider of
wireless voice and data services today announced a partnership with Siebel
Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL), a world leading provider of eBusiness
applications software.
    Through this Premier Alliance level partnership with Siebel, Bell
Mobility will provide wireless access to Siebel eBusiness Applications via
Bell Mobility's Mobile Browser, a service that enables users to access the
Internet from a variety of wireless devices. The combined wireless solution
will help companies to improve field service productivity, increase
responsiveness to customers, and enable more effective channel relationships.
    Business customers can now get real-time wireless access via Bell
Mobility's Mobile Browser service to Siebel eBusiness Applications - including
Siebel Sales, Siebel Field Service, Siebel Financial Services, Siebel ePharma,
Siebel eCommunications, Siebel eEnergy, and Siebel eAutomotive. Siebel
customers using the Bell Mobility service will also be able to securely access
critical customer and account information, such as sales opportunities and
order details, service requests and activities, calendar and contact
information.
