Bell Globemedia and Bryant, Fulton and Shee Launch Integrated Marketing Campaign for HSBC Bank Canada

    - The first use of this type of multi-platform campaign
      in Western Canada -

VANCOUVER, BC,Nov. 28 2002 --Bell Globemedia and Bryant, Fulton & Shee
Advertising (BFS) have launched an integrated marketing campaign for HSBC Bank
Canada that leverages Bell Globemedia's business and financial brands as part
of HSBC's overall advertising strategy.

    The eight-week campaign, which kicked off Nov. 4, targets high net worth,
savvy investors and businesses across Canada, with an emphasis in key
geographical markets. The promotion includes print (The Globe and Mail, ROB
Magazine), broadcast (CTV Network, CTV Local News, CTV Newsnet, Report on
Business Television, TSN, Discovery Channel) and interactive (sympatico.ca,
globeandmail.com micro site) components. The multi-platform campaign will also
help publicize HSBC as 'The world's local bank' by including the tagline on
each property where HSBC is featured.
