MONCTON, NB,Dec. 18 2001 --Aliant Telecom's Wireless team attended a
news conference with the City of Moncton today to announce the City's new
Wireless Internet site.
    NBTel/Aliant Telecom is the network technology partner for the
initiative, providing both the largest digital network in the Atlantic Region
as well as the WireFree(TM) Web Portal where the site will be housed - a
Portal that is already rich with information.
    "Our WireFree(TM) Web Portal is the front door to all of the information,
entertainment, news, banking, and directories available when you log on to the
web with us, using your web-enabled device," said Josette LeBlanc, Regional
Manager, NBTel/Aliant Telecom. "Our new agreement with Moncton further expands
the offerings on the portal to include a new and exciting source of
information. We're very proud of the calibre of our new partner - and the
calibre of the online experience they offer."
    The site is being developed by the creative team at InfiKnowledge.com,
one of New Brunswick's larger web development and interactive entertainment
studios. With a client list that reads like a "who's who" of Hollywood,
InfiKnowledge continues to be a major player on a global scale, with 90 % of
its clients in the US and Europe.

new sites will be announced soon.
