Programming instructions for Bell Enterprise and SMB customers

Call Forward All Calls on Single Line Sets If your calls are forwarded outside the Centrex system, you will need to reprogram for 10 digits. Lift receiver. Input *70 (QC) or *72 (AB/BC) (you hear 3 beeps). Input Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) Access Code plus 10-digit number. Confirmation tone will be received.
Call Forward Don't Answer Programmable If your calls are forwarded outside the Centrex system, you will need to reprogram for 10 digits. Lift Receiver. Input *90 (QC) or *92 (AB/BC) (you hear 3 beeps). Input PSTN Access Code plus 10-digit number. Confirmation tone will be received.

For GT BRI, Lift receiver. Input *95. Listen for dial tone and enter 10-digit number. Hang up.

Call Forward Busy Programmable If your calls are forwarded outside the Centrex system, you will need to reprogram for 10 digits. Lift Receiver. Input *88 (QC) or *90 (AB/BC) (you hear 3 beeps). Input PSTN Access Code plus 10-digit number. Confirmation tone will be received.

For GT BRI, Lift receiver. Input *97. Listen for dial tone and enter 10-digit number. Hang up.

Speed Call Short on Single Line Set If some of your saved numbers are outside the Centrex system, you will need to reprogram for 10 digits. Lift receiver. Input *77 (QC) or *74 (AB/BC) (you hear 3 beeps). Input speed calling number (0 to 9) and PSTN Access Code plus 10-digit local number followed by #.

For GT BRI, Lift receiver. Input *74 to program speed calling 8 numbers OR use *75 for speed calling 30. Listen for dial tone and enter one digit code (2 though 9 for speed calling 8) OR a 2 digit code (20 though 49 for speed calling 30), followed by the telephone number that you wish to store. Listen for confirmation tone, then repeat the process to fill the speed calling list. Hang up.

Group Long List on Single Line Set All programming changes must be made by the your system administrator. If some of the saved numbers are outside the Centrex system, they will need to be reprogrammed for 10 digits. Lift receiver. Input *78 (you hear 3 beeps). Input speed calling number (00 to 99) and PSTN Access Code plus 10- digit local number followed by #.
Automatic Dial If some of your saved numbers are outside the Centrex system, they will need to be reprogrammed for 10 digits. Depress the AUD key. Enter PSTN Access Code plus the 10-digit number and depress the Automatic Dial (AUD) key again.
Terminal Adapter Workstation operating systems are programmed to initiate a call and direct the Terminal Adapter (T/A) to dial. If the saved number is a local number outside the Centrex system, it will need to be reprogrammed to direct the T/A to dial PSTN Access Code plus 10 digits. Each operating system is different and will have its own dial program.
Router If the router calls out to a local number outside the Centrex system it will need to be reprogrammed to dial the PSTN Access Code plus 10 digits. Each router is different and will have its own dial program.

The following features are not customer programmable: Call Forward Don't Answer, Call Forward Busy, Automatic Route Selection (ARS) and Automatic Line.
