To program Call Forward per key (CFK) for a single directory number (DN), depress the CFK Key, depress the DN Key, input the forward-to number and depress the CFK Key. To activate the CFK, depress the CFK Key, depress the directory number (DN) Key and depress the CFK Key again. To program and activate via a code, depress the directory number (DN) to be forwarded, input *84 code, input the forward-to number and depress the Release key. To activate CFK to the same forward-to number for all directory numbers (DNs), depress the CFK Key, input the forward-to number and depress the CFK key again. |

The following features are not customer programmable: Call Forward Don't Answer, Call Forward Busy, Call Forward Group Don't Answer, Call Forward of Call Waiting, External Call Display, ACD Night Service, UCD Night Service, UCD Threshold Route, ACD Queue Overflow, Automatic Route Selection (ARS), Automatic Line, Line Hunt Overflow, Line Overflow Route, Uniform Dialing Plan, Attendant Night Service and Network Speed Call.
*Features may vary slightly by location for Centrex users. Customers in the western region must dial ‘9’ as the PSTN access code, Some Centrex customers in the western region do not have to dial a PSTN access code.
