Ms. Turcke graduated from Civil Engineering at Queen’s University in 1988 and began her career in the construction industry, designing and building roads and bridges for the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario. She also holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University.
After her MBA, Ms. Turcke worked with A.T. Kearney Management Consultants consulting to clients primarily in the railroad industry. She left A.T. Kearney to become Vice President of Operations & General Manager of Canada for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) a technology firm based in Palo Alto, California. Just prior to joining Bell Canada, sheheld various executive operations roles in a number of small start-up companies in the outsourcing and software development areas.
Ms. Turcke has been active in the community. Currently, she sits on the Board of the Tarragon Theatre and is the Bell Canada executive sponsor in Kingston.
