Mr. Cole started his career with Bell Canada in 1991, after graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Princeton University. He has worked in various groups within Bell Canada, including Network and Customer Operations, Business Planning and Information Systems and Consumer Wireline Products and Marketing.

Mr. Cole is also active in the community. He supports the Bell Canada community development program as an executive sponsor for Markham and York Region. He also participates on the Advisory Board for the Masters in Engineering in Telecommunications program at the University of Toronto.

He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
