With a talent for thinking outside the box, Charles is currently integrating Bell products and services into The Source retail operations with more than 750 stores across Canada, expanding Bell’s competitive position. He was also Bell’s lead executive in charge of providing full telecommunication services to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Charles began his career with Bell in 1980 as a sales representative and held management positions in marketing and business development with BCE Mobile and Bell Mobility.

Charles returned to Bell in 2006. When Bell expanded its SMB business unit in 2008, consolidating Bell’s small and medium commercial customers in Ontario and Québec with those in Western Canada, Charles was recognized for his strategic thinking and appointed President of this key business area.

In addition to his responsibilities with Bell, Charles also sits on the Board for Axia NetMedia, and is Chairman of the Board for The Source.
