John Watson

Customer Experience

As Executive Vice President, Customer Operations, John Watson is responsible for residential and wireless customer service across Bell.
Mr. Watson joined Bell in early 2010 as Senior VP, Operations for Bell Mobility and quickly implemented a range of service and retention programs to enhance the customer experience.
Mr. Watson has been a senior leader in a range of industries, including communications, consumer packaged goods, healthcare and management consulting. He was formerly President of Consumer Solutions at Telus, leading the company’s consumer wireless and wireline teams across Canada.
Mr. Watson is a leader in organizational development and has lectured on business strategy, marketing, loyalty and leadership. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from York University.

As Executive Vice President, Customer Experience, John Watson is responsible for all residential and wireless customer service across Bell.

That includes all customer call centres across Canada, online and other self-serve operations, and Bell’s field service technician team responsible for installation and repair services.
